Using a combination of various HIIT training methodologies, we will create a training regime designed to have you reach your Vo2 Max limit as fast as possible for the least amount of time invested.

Your body's ability to switch between fuel sources will be a huge factor in your efforts to lose body and to keep it off. We will work you on meal timing, macronutrient loading and timing, pre and post workout timing, and fasting, to give your body just the right amount of fuel it needs to get the most of of training, whilst providing it the right balance of carbs, protein and fat to burn fat whilst building muscle. Key biohacks concepts of intermittent fasting & extending fasting for autophogy and hormone spiking, will be taught and monitored.

Via extensive bloodwork analysis, we will uncover any efficiencies, and develop a meal plan that integrates your aesthetic and health goals with your imminent micronutrient needs.

Structural & Neuromuscular - Building a resilient, pain-free, and highly coordinated physical vessel

Your Weight Training Program is all about building structural strength as the foundation, and then creating mechanical tension that results in muscle growth. Many studies now show that the more muscle we have as we age, the longer we live. Not only do we live longer, but we also burn far more calories at rest if we have additional muscle tissue. This increases our metabolic engine, resulting in more fat being burnt every day. 

It also goes without saying: A muscular, sculpted body looks great and will increase your confidence! Your weight training program will be 100% customised based on your: current level of experience; goals; access to equipment. The team and I can remotely analyse any workout of movement you upload into our APP, and make it part of our regular weekly feedback. 

Biomechanical Integrity is our fancy term for being flexible. Moving freely without pain or discomfort is not only important for day-to-day generally quality of life, it is a critical baseline foundation for then loading a program to increase structural strength. Put simply, if the foundation is weak, it will crumble as we add load.  

Before you commence your training, we will do some postural analysis to uncover any imbalances or tight areas that need to be addressed. A stretching program can then be either added to the end of your cardiovascular training sessions, or infused into your weight training workouts as you rest between sets.

NPP is all about ensuring your body does exactly what the brain tells it do to, without any delay or lag in the connection. This is important for al ages, but becomes more important as we age. This is about Mind-Body Speed  and optimising the brain-to-muscle connection.

Every training program we formulate will naturally infuse NPP training as a foundation, via the inclusion of balance and coordination movements. Examples include: Box jumps; medicine ball slams; unstable loading on Bosu balls, and more.

The internal regulation of chemistry and consciousness, and the external signals that govern internal timing.

Hormonal Symmetry is where we move from the "hardware" of the body to the "chemical messengers" that instruct the hardware. Your muscles are the engine, and hormones are the electrical signals and the fuel injectors.

We aim for Chemical Harmony: Making sure your "Go" hormones (like Testosterone and Adrenaline) work in unison with your "Slow" hormones (like Melatonin and Serotonin).

Working with our partner doctor, we will start with extensive bloodwork, which will be analysed to see where your hormonal levels fall within the ideal range. We have identified 30 blood biomarkers and 12 stool sample biomarkers that are important to measure. Depending upon the program you select, we can either test for some of the more common variables, or all of them.

Specific biohacking levers that we can pull for you as we design your program include: Heavy compound movements (to stimulate growth hormone and testosterone), blood glucose monitoring (to track insulin control). Adjustments to your nutrition program, training schedule and hormone therapy may be recommended based on your results. For example, if you are a male over 35 with a chronically low testosterone level, our doctor may recommend Testosterone replacement therapy.  

It is the practice of taking your nervous system off "autopilot" and manually shifting between high-performance stress and deep, restorative recovery.

This is about mastering the mind body connection to give you the power and freedom to switch. between fight and flight as needed. Coach Tim's extensive background as a Master NLP practitioner plays a. critical role in this pillar, as you will be taught state management biohacks and exercises to pull you out og negative spiraling self-talk

Biohacking protocols that will be taught and built into your wellness program include: Cold plunge therapy, breathwork, meditation and more. Via integration with your wearables, we will be able to track your Heart Rate Variability (HRV), a key biofeedback metric of the autonomic system.

Circadian & Photic Loading is the foundation of your biological timing. This is the primary means by which your body synchronises its internal clocks with the external world. 

We teach you how to use light anchors throughout the day to ensure your body is always in sync with the 24 hour cycle.

Why is this important? Rest & recovery are a critical part of not just living a decent life, but if your goal is to look and feel amazing, you need to be able to psu yourself to the limits, and this is only possible if your body click is in sync and you are rested. 

You will be taught (and habits tracked within our app) how to use engage in grounding / earthing, and how to use sun how to: Turn your daily circadian rhythm on and prepare your body for the midday sun; Use the midday sun to enhance vitamin D intake; Use the sunset to trigger melatonin, and more.
